Summer Flounder, also known as fluke, is highly regarded
for its white delicate flesh and for sashimi, known as "hirame" in Japanese
restaurants. It grows best at temperatures of 18-24 degrees Celcius, and in
a wide range of salinity, from three to 35 ppt. GBA grades and culls the juveniles, so our customers receive the best juveniles available on the market today. They normally grow to over one pound in one year. Juvenile size availability: 0.5-5g |
