Cobia

Cobia (Rachycentron canadum) is found in virtually all tropical and warmwater temperate waters. Cobia is well known as a sport fish growing to over 100 pounds and thanks to aquaculture, more fish is finding its way to the consumer. It is an exceptionally good white fleshed foodfish.
