Black Sea Bass are considered to be one of the finest fish in the Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico. The meat is white and flaky with a wonderful texture and delicate flavor, sought after by chefs in the best restaurants. Black Sea Bass are also highly prized for sushi by the Japanese and for steaming whole by Chinese chefs. Sea Bass grow best at 24-28 degrees Celcius and expect to grow to over one pound in one year.
